At last i’ve finally got round to using the trial I have downloaded to do a little bit of AS3 development in my spare time and it’s fantastic. Granted just now I’m only really using it as a text editor I’m finding it much quicker to churn out code rather than using the Flash CS3 IDE. The autocompletion and shortcut keys are absolutely brilliant. I love how you can hold down a key and navigate through function calls like hyperlinks… makes it so much easier to follow the structure of your code while also making sure that the way the program executes is the way you want it to. It also makes it so much easier to edit existing code. I swear at times it knows what I’m thinking.
