Podium for The Chicago Spire
Marque was asked to develop a creative solution to aid sales agents working across the world that would allow simple management of the 1200 individually unique apartments in the world’s tallest residential building, including plans, availability, views and pricing. The challenge was to create a system that was simple enough for non-technical users, delivered seamless rich user experiences including high definition video, and flexible enough to receive live data as well as continual content changes.
Marque created and licensed to The Chicago Spire, Podium, a fully-fledged desktop application that now serves as the main presentation and apartment-finding tool in hundreds of installations worldwide. Using a combination of traditional multimedia, live apartment data backed by a Microsoft CRM system, and an intelligent global updating system Podium, has become an invaluable sales tool for the Spire agents.
